7-9 Year Olds: Silver Group
Swimmers begin the season will Freestyle & Backstroke mastery, and then progress into Breaststroke & Butterfly. Backed by thorough coaching feedback, swimmers will make steady improvements in all areas!
Pre-Req’s:
Freestyle & Backstroke are a pre-requisite for this group. Swimmers will learn the mechanics of Breaststroke & Butterfly as the season progresses.
10 & Older: Gold Group
Our top group will continue along with previous lesson plans as we move into teaching our swimmers “how to train”, with training terminology and a larger emphasis on racing we begin to prepare the swimmers for the future!
Pre-Req’s:
Swimmers will be placed into lanes based upon their ability levels. We do look for a solid grasp of Freestyle & Backstroke for anyone joining the group

Registration Information:
AAU Registration is required for the Academy Team to provide additional athlete coverage. This additional insurance protects both your swimmer and our team.
Once your payment is complete, you will then get an email with a questionnaire that helps us gather basic information, T Shirt Size, Allergies and other basic information. If you do not receive an email, please email Admin@elevatetheprocess.com and we will get you squared away.
You will also need basic swimming equipment. This list is provided on the New Swimmer Intake Form. Equipment will be available to order at the beginning of the season.

Team Registration Free = AAU Membership, 2 T Shirt, 1 Swim Cap, Admin Fee
Requirements:
12 & Under Swimmers MUST be able to swim Free & Backstroke Legally for 25 yards unassisted.
13 & Older Swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards of all four competitive strokes

Equipment:
There will be necessary equipment for all swimmers. You will automatically be sent an equipment list with links provided. All items are set to an automatic 25% discount on the TYR Elevate Landing Page!
