Cues:

  1. Stand tall
  2. Drive forward off the back foot
  3. Knees up above hip height
  4. The big toe leaves the ground last

What to look for:

All in all, we are looking for a natural athletic movement, that flows from one skip into the next. Driving off the back foot for maximum distance, is what this Dynamic Prep is all about.
