Forward Crawling

Cues:

  1. Hands beneath shoulders
  2. Back flat
  3. Core Tight
  4. Eyes Down
  5. Reach forward with the right hand and begin crawling
  6. Hips Down & Still
  7. Knee to belly button height
  8. Keep the feet far away from the hands.
  9. Hips Low & Still

What to look for:

Maintaining control over the hips is what really want to master. We want the hips down and still the entire time.
