20 Week Level 1 Bodyweight Focus

$200 per age group

These programs serve as an introduction to dryland. Athletes will be challenged through four unique Elevate training phases centered around movement mastery.

This program includes

  • Dynamic Preparation
  • Connection & Linkage Exercises
  • Jumping and Landing 
  • Upper body Stability & Strength 
  • Lower body Squat and Lunge focus
  • Dynamic Core through Multidirectional Crawling & More!

Upon completion of Level 1’s 20-week progression,  consult with the Elevate staff on the next steps – Integrating Equipment in the Level 2 programs or  continue on to the soon-to-be-released Bodyweight 1.5. 

All Elevate ready-made programs are designed to flow from one program to the next and can create a unique customizable pathway for your program to enhance your programming for your team.

8 & Under – 3 x 15 Minute Sessions per week 

9 & Older – 3 x 30 Minute Sessions per week
